We love the cycle path that runs along here from Witzenhausen to Walburg, then along the Wehre River via Waldkappel towards Eschwege/Niederhone, Bad Sooden-Allendorf, and back to Witzenhausen. A great, asphalted cycle path that leads past the fishing ponds of the ASV Eschwege and the Meinhardsee.

The Hercules-Wartburg Cycle Route runs through Bischhausen. The town itself is also beautiful! You can see the church tower from far away!

Here the weirs and the Sontra join together and flow together as weirs.

This house is a real highlight! I drove past it and it just looked amazing!
