After the red stripe for cyclists along Hesinger Straße was laboriously removed at taxpayer expense for specious reasons, a new cycle path was recently built along the street. It's very well done, and finally, the width of the cycle path is reasonable, similar to those in the Netherlands. The route is highly recommended.
