Condominio Battello (more commonly known as La Nave) is a 1960s building that has become a symbol of Marina Julia, a historic icon whose imaginative bow pointing toward the sea has welcomed generations of visitors to the resort. The Cavana di Monfalcone is a coastal wetland of great natural value, located between Marina Julia and Marina Nova.
