A suggestive and historically significant place in Sabina. A destination to reach by bike in many ways. The only problem from Rome is getting to the area via main roads such as Tiberina and Salaria

Because it is one of the most beautiful places in Rome, along the banks of the Tiber,... and it is all exposed to the sun, kilometers and kilometers of very quiet greenery and far from urban noises

from here on it's difficult to find water until Formello....we start the climb,....so we fill our water bottles.

Route with little car traffic, ... lots of nature and fun climbs. only obviously the Prima Porta area is an urban center where cars are not lacking. Always pay attention.
