The CAM – Casoria Contemporary Art Museum is one of the most active contemporary art spaces in the Naples area. Founded in the early 2000s, it houses an international collection of paintings, sculptures, installations, and video art. Casoria Town Hall is located in the heart of the city, and nearby, several street art projects commemorate Saint Ludovico da Casoria, a Franciscan friar born here in 1814. The works dedicated to him celebrate his educational and social commitment, which led to the founding of the Elizabethan Franciscan Sisters and numerous initiatives to support the most vulnerable.

The Church of the Sacramentine Sisters is striking for its neo-Gothic tuff stone façade and polychrome rose window. Built between 1893 and 1899, it houses the remains of Saint Maria Cristina Brando, a central figure in Casoria's spirituality and founder of the institute attached to the church.
