The Chapel of Santa Teresa del Bambin Gesù is located between Martina Franca and Villa Castelli, along the SP66, in the town of Specchia Tarantina. Numerous residents and vacationers from this district still live there today. In honor of Saint Teresa, venerated in the small church of the same name, they annually renew the authentic spirit of the community by organizing solemn celebrations. The festival traditionally takes place on the last Sunday of August, following a three-day preparation period that includes the recitation of the Holy Rosary. After the procession through the streets of the district and the celebration of Holy Mass, a grand spectacle of folk music and dance unfolds in the church square.

The Ulmo Pine Forest, featuring a picnic area equipped with wooden tables and benches, extends over approximately ten hectares in the Ceglie Messapica area, in the heart of the Itria Valley. It's the ideal place to spend a relaxing day with friends and family, sheltered by the shade of the Mediterranean scrub and dense Aleppo pine forest, or simply to take a break before continuing your exploration of the surrounding countryside and the nearby towns of the Itria Valley.

Nestled in the Itria Valley, in the Cisternino area, the Figazzano district is one of the most beautiful rural communities where the authenticity of ancient peasant culture is preserved. It's no coincidence that every year, local cuisine and traditions are celebrated here with the "Flavours of the Itria Valley" festival, an event organized and promoted by the Figazzano Cultural Association. The event features typical Apulian specialties, such as bombette (stuffed pasta), sausage, braciole (braciole) with ragù, and Itria Valley wines. This year (2025), the festival will take place on the evenings of August 23rd and 24th.

The Figazzano bridge, dating back to 1910-1915, is located on the cycle path of the Apulian Aqueduct. It is a dirt road about 2 meters wide and about 200 meters long, bordered laterally by walls with iron railings. Crossing it you can enjoy the view of the cultivated fields and typical Trulli below.
