One of our favorite hikes in Ticino! Scenic driveway with the post bus from Magadino. Short climb from the Alpe di Neggia (unfortunately closed), magnificent view from Monte Gambarogno and a beautiful, comfortable descent to Alpe Cedullo (be sure to stop off). Mostly through Buchenwald down to Indemini and with the post bus (note the timetable!) back to Magadino.

I start this tour from Monte Lema and finish it via Alpe Flopa in the Riviera and then return by bus. Our tour was not overcrowded, few hikers came towards us (July)

The top of the pass is paradise for hikers, very beautiful views. Drinking is expensive but when you reach the top of the pass it is a reward.
