The thousand-year-old church of Santa Perpetua is located on a natural balcony overlooking Tirano. The Church of Santa Perpetua and the surrounding buildings were an ancient hospice for pilgrims. It was a complex of structures built to welcome wayfarers, of which only the church and a few remains remain today.
