Patron saint of Militello is the SS. Savior. The celebration with the procession of the simulacrum through the streets of the town is on August 18th. For the octave a shorter procession is planned in front of the Mother Church

From 9th to 11th May, feast of the Patron Saints Alfio, Filadelfo and Cirino. Among the crucial moments of the festival we remember the exit of the Nuri (naked): At 1:00 on May 10th the Nuri riding the Giro Santo. They are bare-chested, barefoot men, wearing only a pair of short white trousers and a red ribbon, holding one hand behind their back and a candle or a bouquet of flowers in the other. They run through the streets of Lentini remembering the tour that the Holy Martyrs made, amidst atrocious suffering, around the ancient city walls. The women also arrive behind them, barefoot.

The patron saint is the Madonna of the Snow celebrated on August 5th each year. During the celebrations the painting of the Madonna is placed inside a fercolo and carried in procession

Mineo (Minìu or Minèu in dialect), is a municipality located on the north-western slopes of the Iblei mountains. The city preserves historic buildings, many of which date back to the post-earthquake period in the Val di Noto of 1693, such as noble and bourgeois palaces. Among the sites of interest stand out the Serravalle Castle, the rock castle of the Sant'Agrippina Cave and the ancient Porta Adinolfo. Furthermore, the surrounding area offers natural beauty such as the Lamia stream and the archaeological site of Poggio Rocchicella.

Militello in Val di Catania ('Militeḍḍu' in dialect) is a Sicilian treasure known for its priceless monumental heritage. In 2002, Militello was recognized as part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site together with seven other late Baroque cities of the Val di Noto. Its history has its roots in antiquity, with archaeological evidence ranging from the Copper and Hellenistic Ages to the Byzantine and Arab ones. Legends tell of its foundation during the Second Punic War, while historical evidence links it to the Norman era. The Sanctuary of Santa Maria della Stella is an example of its artistic and cultural richness. Not far away, the Ossena Waterfalls offer a fascinating natural oasis.

Vizzini is known for being the birthplace of the famous writer Giovanni Verga. This charming town preserves a rich historical and artistic heritage, and its streets and landscapes have inspired many of Verga's works.
