A truly wonderful discovery, the bike path is slightly uphill, very pleasant. To reach Civitanova Alta, however, you have to tackle a stretch that isn't excessively long, but is quite steep and has a lot of traffic.

From a cycling point of view it is not the best, there are cracks in the asphalt and some depressions, furthermore the cycle path is narrow, especially on the Faleriense side, when you meet a cyclist going the other way you have to be very careful; pedestrians also cross frequently....

An excellent seafront that is totally cycle-friendly for its entire length. The track, however, would need to be renovated.

From a cycling point of view, Civitanova Marche is isolated as those coming from the south must cross the Chienti river via the state road and, having arrived at the far north of the city, they are once again forced to retrace the Adriatica state road.

The city of Civitanova Marche is very busy in summer. The city is divided into Civitanova Marche Alta, an ancient medieval village where you find the theatre, the municipal art gallery and Art Nouveau buildings; and Civitanova Marche Bassa along the coast where you will find more modern accommodation, clubs and shops.
