Servigliano is one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy" and its historical origins date back to Roman times. Every year, the village celebrates its historical and cultural identity with the Castel Clementino Knights' Tournament, a reenactment that includes costume parades and skill competitions.

The toponym “Madonna delle Cataste” is used to indicate an area of the territory of Ponzano di Fermo at the extreme limit of Contrada Schito, on the right bank of the Ete Vivo river. In the site there is a circular ruin to remember alleged apparitions of the Madonna, which popular belief says occurred to a man and some women who were working in the fields, in the spring of 1921.

Ponzano di Fermo is a little gem that emerges among the rolling hills and the Apennine nature. Between castle and churches it is definitely worth a visit.

In this stretch, the Tenna river (which starts from the Sibillini Mountains) has a very low water flow. It is therefore also possible to access the bank under the bridge.

Beautiful climb that bypasses the state road and connects Fermo to Monte Giberto.
