We find the Rotonda a Mare in Senigallia. The building is located near the sea and was built in the mid-11th century by the architect Vincenzo Ghinelli. It was developed for hydrotherapy purposes. During the Second World War the roundabout was used as a military camp. Over time the building has been renovated and has become a tourist spot.
