The road that connects Montefano and Filottrano offers a suggestive view of a landscape characterized by gentle slopes, vineyards and cultivated fields. Here you can admire a typical rural expanse, with ancient villages scattered among the countryside and the hills of the Marche hinterland, while the mixed vegetation of olive groves and agricultural crops blends harmoniously with the more distant mountainous landscapes.

Ok for mountain bikes, very technical for gravel. Towards the network, raised singletrack with very large stones, further down towards the sea many accumulations of gravel

Definitely not able to go through here on a fully loaded tourer. Some sections are deep stoney beach. I turned back and used the road instead, much better option!

in fact from Cingoli you can see a panorama over a large part of the province of Macerata up to the Sibillini for they call it the balcony of the Marche

Cingoli which, not surprisingly, is called "the balcony of the Marche"

Once in the square, look out under the loggia and you can see human remains and the old Roman floor
