2026年4月にCala Gononeからの周回ルートを歩きました。道はよく整備され、標識も分かりやすかったです。 事前に「非常に険しい」「杖/ハイキングシューズ必須」といったコメントを見て不安でしたが、今となっては、その評価はあまりにも一般的すぎると感じます。 モンテ・バルディアへのツアーは変化に富んでおり、足元が確かであれば本当に楽しめます。岩の多い区間もありますが、私にとっては難しいというより技術的に興味深いものでした。 一人でトレイルランニングシューズで行きましたが、全く問題ありませんでした。 このようなコメントに躊躇してしまう他の人（特に女性）にとって役立つかもしれませんが、必要なのは「特別な装備」ではなく、良い身体感覚と注意力です。 結論：険しいですが、絶対に実行可能で、非常にやりがいのあるツアーです。

Each of the summit crosses that hikers often encounter in the mountains, whether or not it depicts the body of the crucified Christ, invites passersby to a brief spiritual pause. Perhaps one or another will be able to encounter God here in a short prayer. With good footwear and a bit of surefootedness, the ascent is easy. You don't have to climb. At most, you'll have to scramble a bit. A very beautiful path, but you have to look for it carefully.

A summit that is easy for experienced hikers to reach. The path over the stones is well marked with cairns. Anyone who goes up here is allowed to put up one or two cairns.

The Aguglia Tower. This imposing rocky pinnacle rises majestically and seems to touch the sky. Its rough limestone walls are reminiscent of the impressive formations of the Verdon and invite experienced climbers to take on technically demanding routes. You don't have to be a climber to appreciate the beauty of this natural monument. Even from a distance, for example from Cala Gonone, the silhouette of the Aguglia stands out clearly against the horizon. Maybe you'll be lucky enough to witness a rope team climbing the tower during a relaxing bathing trip. A sight that makes you feel both the power of nature and human ambition.

The imposing Aguglia tower rises free above Cala Goloritzé, one of the most beautiful bays in Sardinia. Its limestone walls, similar to those in the Verdon, allow for unrivaled technical slab climbing in a fantastic setting.
