モンタフィアの村にあるネオゴシック様式の教会。「オリジナルではない」という理由でネオゴシックを軽視する人もいますが、私は好きです。美しいものを模倣してはいけない理由がわかりません。いずれにせよ、このジャンルの愛好家には必見です。

非常にシンプルな教会で、全体的に新古典主義様式です。前の小さな広場は、ドン・ボスコの少年時代のエピソードを思い出させます。彼はモンタフィアで「クッカーニャの木の競争」に勝ったとき、最高の賞品を持って行きました。ドン・ボスコの胸像、クッカーニャの木のレプリカ、そして説明的なポスターがそのエピソードを再現しています。

The fountain is beautiful, but unfortunately the water is declared undrinkable. Too bad.

"Historical" public garden in the northern part of the city, consisting of a "figure eight" of tree-lined avenues, which provide nice shade in the hot season, a gymnastics area, a play area, and a nice central lawn. It is located between the municipal sports field and the area of the Salera hotel. The fountain at the northernmost point is convenient. Nice place for a break - or to take the kids for a bike ride without fear, they can spend the day on those avenues! (At least, I spent my days there as a child...)

The most classic route to climb to Viatosto: from Salera over the highway overpass, and up to the little church. I wore out my wheels as a kid, and I still find it beautiful, with its ridge road and its views of the surrounding hills.
