This panoramic path south of Domus de Maria, and not far from its seaside hamlet Chia, is located almost sheer above the sea and is of great beauty. It is in fact one of the southernmost areas of Sardinia and the coast here, with its sea and beaches, is wonderful.

Often considered the jewel of the southern coast, the bay of Tuerredda is made of light sand and turquoise water which make it one of the most evocative beaches in Sardinia.

In the heart of the Chia coast, there is a vast and welcoming beach of fine sand that plunges into a dream sea. The suggestive beach of Porto Campana is a large beach characterized by dunes covered with small shrubs, creating a priceless setting. Not far away is the Capo Spartivento pond, with gray herons, coots and egrets.
