非常に美しいチェス広場

The third tallest bell tower in the Veneto region and the fourteenth tallest in Italy, it was built after the collapse of the previous tower in 1838 and inaugurated in 1893. Standing 90 meters tall, it houses a remarkable set of 16 bells. From the easily accessible belfry, you can enjoy a sweeping view of the Veneto plain, the local hills, and the surrounding mountains (Little Dolomites, Asiago Plateau, and Monte Grappa). On the Malghe road, near Monte Corno, is this inn positioned with a splendid view of the plain.

From Monte Corno, you have a beautiful view of the entire plain, all the way to the Apennines, Venice, and the Adriatic Sea on clear days! In reality, the summit of Monte Corno, its highest point (1,383 m), is located just to the north, within the rock labyrinth; but here, the monument enjoys a panoramic position and is also visible from the plain. The monument, 26 meters high and composed of four intertwined concrete sails, was erected in 1970 in memory of the partisan fighting and roundups that took place in these areas during World War II.

Once you reach the balcony overlooking the plain, you can enjoy an excellent beer to rehydrate the lost salts.
