Despite the small difference in altitude, this hike is challenging but worth it!

From the SS241 that connects Nova Levante to Vigo di Fassa you can reach the Karersee - Lago di Carezza Visitor Center. Large paid parking (1 € / h). The best months to visit it are May, June and July, when it reaches its maximum expansion. In the other months it usually decreases significantly.
