At the summit of Monte Gallo stands the Semaforo, a historic Bourbon-era building originally used by the Royal Navy as an observation post. Don’t visit this place. The Eremit’s dogs noticed us, when taking the detour to across the stones. A couple of minutes later the Eremit was throwing stones at us. We were completely silent and respectful with the environment. However it seems like the Eremit does not want to have any visitors.
