The flora is mainly composed of Aleppo pines, various species of birds live on this mountain. On the mountain there is an important Daunian site from the 9th century BC. with the presence of at least 800 tombs dug into the limestone rock.

Path also used for the Saraceno Trail in a spectacular setting between sky and sea. The path is also good for a walk among the scents and colors of the sea and the Aleppo pines.
