The pass connects the Trebbia da Bobbio valley with the Perino valley (Aglio-Pradovera). All asphalted, therefore also suitable for BDC, can be done both from Bobbio and from Perino. Recommended by the latter, with a descent to Bobbio, as the Perino valley is very solitary and very little traffic.

Arrived from Bobbio, go up towards Coli and take a fantastic climb. The first 12 km are "pedaled" and on an excellent road surface. The last 2.6 km are really hard, almost never below 10% even above 15%. Once you reach the top you are rewarded for the effort: it seems to be in a pasture ....
