The road runs along the ridge and offers beautiful views over the entire coastal area.

Like many climbs in the area, steep ramps alternate with flatter sections.

Situated at 400 metres above sea level on a tuff ridge between the valleys of the Rabbi and Bidente Ronco rivers, it is a destination to be conquered by all bikers. It can be reached from Meldola, Predappio or Forlì with various routes through vineyards and cultivated fields with breathtaking views and with sections of slopes of up to 14%.

Quiet road, little traffic and good surface

Salendo al passo di Mandrioli lo sguardo e assai spesso( per fortuna) attratto soprattutto quando si sale oltre la metà della salita dai profondi panorami che mostrano in alto da un lato le foreste casentinesi e dall’altro la foresta e la cetra del monte fumaiolo dove si trovano le sorgenti del fiume tevere

Beautiful climb. 2.9 km, 18 hairpin bends, gradient always around 7%. The morning is in the shade, not negligible in this torrid August 😉

Very nice climb, 660m of altitude difference quite regular. However, I would like to point out that there is a sign prohibiting bicycles at the beginning and at the end going up from Bagno. I did it anyway but know that theoretically it is forbidden to bikes.
