The village of Casoli is located in the municipality of Atri. Since 1996, an exhibition called Casoli Pinta has enlivened the village with numerous murals created by various artists.

The building is located outside the town of Castellato, along the road that descends towards the Vomano valley, in the direction of Castelbasso and Castelnuovo. The church was built in 1580 by the University of Castellalto.
