The Sanctuary is located at the foot of the Gran Sasso, on the Teramo side of the municipality of Isola del Gran Sasso. The old church from 1908, the Passionist convent and the new complex of the new sanctuary, as well as the headquarters of the periodical Eco di San Gabriele, make up the entire complex. In the old church, the tomb of San Gabriele can still be visited, even though his remains have been taken to the new sanctuary.
