Traunhaft schöne. シュターデからアーペンゼンを経由してシュターデに戻る、下部エステタールを通るサイクリングツアー。 とても美しい自然と、時折少しでこぼこになりますが、走れるサイクリングロードです。 短い区間は道路沿いに直接走ります。ルート上には素晴らしい休憩場所があります。例えば、ホルンブルクの下部エステタールにある釣り場。 そこには北ドイツの詩人に捧げられた場所があります。 ヨハン・D・ベルマン（ニンドルフ出身）。 *1930年5月8日 - 2006年6月25日

The wedding forest in the municipality of Heidenau has been growing steadily for decades. The first planting took place in 1991 – by couples who were married in 1990. Today, the forest covers approximately 30,000 square meters and now comprises almost 400 trees, including 60 fruit trees in an idyllic orchard.

The former Flethmühle mill dates back to the 19th century. It was renovated in 1979. Today, it houses a hotel, a restaurant, and the offices of the Buxtehuder Tageblatt newspaper. The hotel and restaurant offer a magnificent view of the Fleth canal and Buxtehude's old town. Several cafes, restaurants, and boutiques are also located nearby. A visit is highly recommended.

The forest paths near Ahrensmoor are easily navigable. The surrounding forest is beautiful to behold.
