There's actually a mandatory cycle path from Dipshorn to Wilstedt, which is quite good to ride on since the asphalt is in decent condition. But if the traffic is light, I'd prefer the road.

Good shortcut from Quelkhorn to Otterstedt. Road surface partly a bit bumpy + often dirt on the route.
