Hike down to Castelmezzano with wonderful views from above (from the northwest) of the old town "sticking" to the rocks and the rocky peaks behind it with the striking old town of Pietrapertosa and back to the north to the town of Albano high up on a mountain; Walk through the narrow streets of the city with well-preserved old houses; up to the upper (eastern) end of the old town at towering rocks with the nearby famous rock Gradinata normanna with rock stairs that can be climbed.
