So so fantastic. We were simply overwhelmed by the beauty of this tour! We also bathed in the different lakes - wonderful!!

Lake Aumar, which adjoins Lake Aubert, offers a superb picture from its barges, since it highlights the peaks of Néouvielle and Ramougn. A Pyrenean show par excellence.

A superb hike that will make you discover three lakes. Magnificent landscapes. The beginning of the hike begins with a glimpse of Lake Orédon then you continue on a beautiful stair climb that will take you to Lake Laquettes. Then a few hundred meters further you can rest on the Lac d'Aubert. A beautiful lake perfect for resting and enjoying the day, eating a snack etc... If you wish, you can continue your way to the upper lake located on your left behind the mountain or you can start the descent to the lakes of Orédon. Beware of the last descent, it sends heavy in the joints.

Refuge is not always open. Bring plenty of water or park at the lake. Bus stop is also there. Nice walk from Lac d'Oredon. Very touristy.
