A great platform with a wooden bench and a great view, unfortunately very crowded.

Here you can take a break and enjoy the view of Lake Achensee.

The wonderful view of the crystal-clear Achensee between the peaks of the Karwendel Mountains and the Brandenberg Alps is just one of many reasons to explore the mountains around the "Tyrolean Sea". Whether it's a summit hike, a long-distance hiking trail or a leisurely hut tour - there are many ways to enjoy the unique Alpine landscape around the Achensee. For example, an adventurous family hike through the Gaismoosstollen was an insider tip and highlight for us. If you would rather really work out and have enough hiking experience and stamina, you can set off on a stage of the Adlerweg.

At this point you pass under a waterfall, protected by a wooden roof.

These newly constructed viewing platforms are a really good idea. You can stop off here and there without getting in anyone's way 😄

It could get wet at this point, but depending on the weather it can be a great refreshment😂

This platform is beautifully done, good for a little rest on the way from Pertisau to Achenkirch or vice versa 👍 great view 👌
