The trail leads from Playa de la Yerbabuena over the spectacular cliffs of Barbate to Los Caños de Meca. About halfway along the trail, you'll find the old watchtower, Torre del Tajo, offering magnificent views of the cliffs and the sea. The rock of the vertical cliffs, shaped by wind and water, is porous and interspersed with aquifers, known as caños, from which freshwater drips from the rocks at various points.

The tower can be visited, I think it starts at ten in the morning, and you can take beautiful photos.

It is worth walking along the parapets of the cliff edge and looking in all directions.

Beautiful, easily accessible walk through the forest and sand dunes to the lookout tower. Route can be expanded.

Right next to the tower is a shady place with two benches, ideal for a picnic.

If you lose the path you can continue towards the caños de meca and take a bath always towards the sea cycling down the slope although there is a lot of sand, good views of the cape

As is well known by all, the lighthouses located in strategic places fulfill their function perfectly but at the same time offer the best panoramic views of the sea and the bays they protect. The Trafalgar lighthouse is no exception and the views are worthy of a postcard.

A wonderful lookout site as well as impressive. It is located a few meters from the cliff path and offers wonderful views.
