Wide road from Vallorbe, lots of traffic, the first km is pretty steep. Juraparc near the col, with some goats and cute alpacas next to the road! An easier alternative to the Mollendruz to get into the Vallée de Joux.

Perfect spot for eating

Built between 990 and 1030, the abbey is one of the oldest Romanesque buildings in Switzerland. The village is also beautiful, and it is worth taking the time to explore its small cobbled streets.

Excellent first day with lots of climbing - Col de la Combe Blanche, Col de l'Aiguillon and a third smaller col between them. The views are wonderful and no cars on most sections with a few road parts that were not very busy.

Beautiful harbor on the north-east shore of Lake Neuchâtel with sailing boats and a few yachts. You can also watch many wind sailors and surfers at their activities. A small cafe invites you to take a break. The harbor is definitely worth a photo stop.
