Unfortunately, the integrated climbing park no longer exists. It was dismantled about two years ago due to irreparable damage and has not been replaced!

I like to include this route in my tours. Good asphalt and little traffic. And there's plenty to explore.

Stromberg Castle Ruins: Only parts of the ring wall, a castle manor, and the 15th-century St. Paul's Tower remain. A coat of arms stone dating from 1564 can still be seen at the castle gate.

The old village fountain was rebuilt on this spot in 1984 because the former village fountain stood here in 1834. The devil adorns this fountain because it has long been part of Ennigerloh's history. The Ennigerloh devil was probably born in the Middle Ages, when Ennigerloh was still the place of jurisdiction for the Fehmegericht and many a verdict was felt to have been made only by the devil. As a result, the devil appeared again and again in different contexts. The old village fountain with the devil in the center of Ennigerloh is a good starting and finishing point for various cycle tours, because the Ennigerloh devil and cyclists have two things in common: firstly, it can get hot and secondly, if you pull on the chain long enough, you'll get a cool drink at the end. Other legends, such as the one that the devil makes his legs run fast with his devil's fork, are only spread by dehydrated racing cyclists.
