Weather permitting, take a boat and bike from here to Fraueninsel, and then continue by boat to the Chieminger boat pier. Enjoy drinks on the boat with a fantastic view of Lake Chiemsee and the mountains.

Apparently, the old bench was replaced with a new one with a table for snacks in the last few months. See my photos! Wonderful rest area with shade under a tree! 170 meters below, there's a new self-service café on the farm, but it's only open on weekends.
