Boat trips on Lake Brienz The BLS operates scheduled boat trips on Lake Brienz. Five ships, including the Belle Epoque paddle steamer Lötschberg, call at a total of nine stations. The boat stations on Lake Brienz are: Interlaken Ost (lake), Bönigen, Ringgenberg (lake), Niederried (lake), Iseltwald (lake), Oberried (lake), Giessbach See, Brienz Dorf and Brienz (lake). Boat trip on Lake Brienz Your trip on Lake Brienz begins at the boat landing in Brienz or Interlaken Ost. You can design the boat trip on the turquoise Lake Brienz individually depending on the time of day or program. The entire tour takes you by water from Brienz to the Giessbach Falls, then on towards Oberried, Iseltwald, Niederried, Ringgenberg, Bönigen, Interlaken Ost and back again.
