These are not algae but duckweed, also known as duckweed. The body of water is the Pelzegraben.

Although very sandy, it's still easily navigable. Those with narrower tires can negotiate the side of the trail.

The stork's nest is located directly on the country road, so you don't have to take a detour to see it. Anyone driving through Marquede will quickly see it. Please note that the dog that lives on the property opposite the stork's nest will immediately bark at anyone approaching the fence.

Here you can observe the ostriches from the path. They don't seem particularly shy, but they are surprisingly large.

The bridge is more stable than it looks. Contrary to the name, the floor panels are not made of wood, but of metal. The only thing to note is the relatively high step at one end of the bridge – interesting for anyone with a heavily loaded bike.
