The county road runs parallel to Lake Wieland in the area of the town of Tettnang in the Bodenseekreis district of Baden-Württemberg. It follows the shore of Lake Wieland, which is located near Kressbronn on Lake Constance and is surrounded by other lakes such as Lake Schleinsee and Lake Degersee.
