The railway cycle path from Bad Tatzmannsdorf to Oberwart is traffic-free and gently downhill throughout, and from Großpetersdorf to Rechnitz the cycle path is also traffic-free and easily suitable for families! In Hannersdorf there is a lovely rest area with a wooden train.

Essentially a "large display case" – a glass-walled exhibit dedicated to the fire department – can be found here. An old fire engine is part of the inventory, as are costumed firefighter figures in vintage uniforms and much more.

A simple, charming chapel here by the roadside. With a crucifix inside.

I hiked past here at the beginning of March. Unfortunately, the flower wheel was still empty then :) But it will surely look good when it's filled with flowers.

Pure nature. I hiked through here in February. Fantastic! But it's surely even more beautiful in summer.

The Maierhofer Mühle inn closed its doors in 2023. But the historic buildings are always worth a visit. The blacksmith's shop on the property is still in operation, by the way. But it's not a "museum," as I read on another website.
