Centrul Vechi (or, "Old Town Square") is a plaza which hosts various cultural events, has Stephen's Tower nearby plus a diverse range of restaurants/bars. Don't be fooled by the street with markings in the middle of it, traffic no longer passes the plaza as it was closed off.
