The town hall was built on its current site in 1840 as a neoclassical building. Several renovations were carried out in the following years, and an extension was added in 1927/28. The pharmacy was built on its current site at the beginning of the 19th century and restored to its original form in the early 1990s. A pharmacy has been documented in Ortrand since 1641. This historic Electoral Saxon postal milepost has stood on the market square since 1730. The current milepost is a rebuilt milepost. Cast-iron tubular fountain. It was installed in 2004. Cast-iron cladding with the city coat of arms and dedication texts.
