片側にはレマン湖、もう片側にはモントルー越しの高い頂が広がり、これらがモラールへの登頂の報酬です。頂上へは複数のルートがあり、この山は周回ツアーにも適しています。頂上の南には広々としたキャビン・ド・ソーダンヌがあり、頂上近くでの休憩に最適です。

SonloupからのFollyへのハイキングは、最初はほとんどが道路で、アスファルトがかなり多いものでした。交通量はそれほど多くありませんが、本格的な山の雰囲気はまだ感じられません。しかし、レマン湖の眺めはここでも常に壮観です。Plan-de-Châtelでアスファルトが終わり、素晴らしい小道を尾根に沿って登って頂上へ向かいます。最高地点から約250メートルの直線距離のところに、公式の頂上標識、頂上ブック、そして焚き火場があります。少し先に、木陰の茂みの下に即席の休憩場所があります。
