The Blausee can also be reached by train, but after a hike here the panorama can be experienced even more intensively

Beautiful view of the lake

It's a bit difficult with a bike. The steps are quite high, going down is no problem but be careful! Otherwise a beautiful section, but you can also use it for hiking!

The mountain above is reflected so beautifully in the early morning, but the lake also shines beautifully red in the evening when the sun sets. Swimming is probably not forbidden - but you shouldn't expect Mediterranean temperatures at 2000m altitude

Here at the Blausee middle station you can get off and race down to the valley station with the mountain cart on summer days.

The highlight is the "upper" circuit. Directly around the lake there is an easy circular path suitable for prams. But above another mountain path. You should be a bit sure-footed, but it is easy to walk on and always offers beautiful views of Lake Bettmer. At the right time of year (August) you can harvest blueberries along the way.

In summer you can take the Moosfluh cable car up and get off at the intermediate station. A steep, narrow, stony path leads up from the Bettmersee and a wide, easier but equally steep path from the Gopplerlücke. Sunrise at the Blausee is something special!
