The Berghotel Leiterli or Restaurant Betelberg is the terminus of the Betelberg gondola lift. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view over the Hasleberg/Betelberger moorland and its surrounding mountains. Many hikes start and end here. Kidis get their money's worth thanks to a spacious playground. Directly below the hotel is the Leiterli reservoir with its turquoise South Pacific colour.

Starting point for crossing the Wildstrubel. Good mood in the hut and excellent food. With luck I was even able to borrow crampons and ice ax :-), because I came by bike and didn't have space for all the glacier equipment.

Nice refuge in a quiet place where you can see the lake des audannes. It can be an intermediate stage of the tour. You can climb the Wildhorn (ice ax and crampons)
