The town of Lucens, which is well worth seeing, lies on the Broye stream and is dominated by the fairytale-like Château de Lucens. The castle is on a hill and with its turrets and annexes it looks like something straight out of a picture book. In Lucens you will find a good selection of restaurants and supermarkets.
