he youngest example of a historicism castle. Built and designed by one man: Pol Gilson (? - 2007). As a summer house hidden in the Luxembourg forests. A first wooden version burned down in 1973, after which Gilson built this stone version. Since the end of 2020, the property has been owned by the Mertzig municipality, which intends to open the domain to the public. The castle is also known as Turelbach.
