Definitely my favorite place in Geneva, whatever the season, early in the morning or as evening falls. It feels good, somewhere else, and a place where you can dream all at once.

From Quai Wilson, walk past the seaside resort and along the increasingly narrow jetty to the white lighthouse of Les Pâquis. Since 1894, it has been helping ships enter the harbor basin.

Easy - free parking (with macaron) at Le Griffon Tennis Club. Can be very muddy in parts after rain. Good all year nature reserve but few birds in Winter.

You can see it from the boat, e.g. from the M3 or M4, as a public transport connection over a part of the lake.
