For me the best tower with a great view of the Dümmer.

There is a great view from here. If you like spiders, you will find plenty here :D - If you don't, just enjoy the view.

The burial mound has changed significantly in the last three years. There is now a wooden fence to protect the mound and a small path to walk around it. An information panel has also been installed, where visitors can access interesting information in both High German and Low German via a QR code.

You reach the grave via the road between Steinfeld (Oldenburg) and Damme, Dammer Straße. From here you turn east into Eichenallee. The extension of Eichenallee leads southeast into the forest. After about 300 meters you will see the megalithic tomb on the right, about 30 meters south of the path. It is also known as Stappenberg.
