"Am Hang" is a 782 m long, popular blue single trail near Damme. This trail can be used primarily downhill and has a 13 m long green climb for a light general physical challenge. On average, it takes 4 minutes to complete this trail.

It's fun. If you want, you can really work out here and practice a bit on your driving technique

Great corner

Coming from the west, it's fun on the MTB! On the slight slope with flow down to the playground. Then either carry up the stairs to the north or stay "down" further, unfortunately there are currently harvester tracks and trees across. Trail fit and watch out for pedestrians!

The Haugenberg with 129 m is a highlight for bikers in the Damme mountains. There are beautiful trails in all directions and a bench including a great view of the Teutoburg Forest. As an uphill, I recommend the northern route.

3 beautiful downhill trails start from this beautiful mountain. 1 steeper technical trail to the south to the left, with stony and rooty subsoil, and another very wide one to the north-east where you can take a lot of speed with a nice jump where you can fly cool but safely 😝

The trail begins in the northeast and starts with an uphill. It runs even further than shown here with many loops towards the southwest. In the course of the winding trail, one or the other ascent has to be mastered, but from the middle of the trail it's almost continuously downhill. Partly narrow along the "slope" there is definitely driving fun. At the moment there are unfortunately still two trees across and there are many branches on the trail.
