Unfortunately I deleted pictures. The place Oberwiesen lies in the valley. But there is a nice ramp (ascent to Kriegsfeld) very suitable for high-altitude training with the bike. But you can also use a small trail that takes you to Nieder-Wiesen, which is also in the valley.

Over numerous roots and stones it goes downhill on the partly loose soil and finally over a bridge back to a flow trail. If you prefer to ride the single trail from the bottom up, you should bring a little stamina. But that is also feasible. The roots and stones demand a lot from you in places. It's actually fun here but in both directions!
