Nice narrow trail with up & down. Some places could be difficult when wet because the trail is very narrow and partly quite steep. In spring and summer, vegetation could also overgrow the path.

Exactly what a mountain biker needs, here the bike is moved in a species-appropriate manner

Puts you in a really good mood, but please be considerate of the hikers

Most of the time I ride the trail up, for me the uphill to the Laurahütte, Ungeheuersee ... accessible to everyone

This section is from the turnpike to Hardenburg, this is where joy comes from (caution: there has been a tree across the way for years, get off here and push. Presumably you want to take the speed out for MTB'ers) Then full throttle again into the valley directly to Hardenburg Mitte to the former St. Elisabethenkirche. If you don't want to roll all the way down, you can pedal left again shortly beforehand via the asphalt path up to the turnpike or let yourself roll halfway into the Lower Gaistal and then come out at the Herzogweiher near Hausen.
