Anyone who goes to Rotenfels also goes to the Bastei. The fortified lookout point was created in the 19th century. A rocky path with a beautiful view of the Parnoaram leads there. From this vantage point, you can look up over the Nahe Valley and across Ebernburg into the North Palatinate mountains. We walked to the bastion via the vitality tour or the panorama path. I can highly recommend. The entire Panoramaweg offers great views and at the bastion you have a good view of the valley and the Nahe. Very impressive!

A great mountain lake that you can easily walk around. There is a great bench to rest on and enough space around it for a picnic blanket.

One of the most beautiful viewpoints in the area. Also a beautiful nature reserve. The view of the impressive cliff face from the Nahe near Münster or Norheim is also worth seeing.
